Not lead batteries either. I mean people who
might actually buy something but probably won't. When these leads come to
the Re-Wrenches through the our fellow wrenches are we supposed to contact that
wrench and tell them that we are "claiming" it or what?
From what I can tell almost all of these leads are
UQ and will never turn into customers. No problem with that, keep them
coming. Being in business is a numbers game and the more
chances you get at gaining customer the better. The few that pop up in my
backyard I respond to without telling the Wrench I am. I just email the
person to rarely hear back and have yet to gain a customer from it. Maybe
I should quit starting my emails with Dear Stupid,...
I assume the wrench is trying to get a lead to
someone who can help them and really doesn't want to hear anymore about
it. We are all pretty busy.
The main issue I have with these leads is just how
many people are responding to them? Since this list has many non
installing dealers along with dealer who gladly sell equipment they don't
install I wonder if these leads are getting catalogues (along with promises to
beat anybodies price)? I don't mind if these people in my back yard
get catalogues from CA or elsewhere. I see more benefits to the customer
and me.
What are others thoughts?
