You have a generator powering an ATS, and a solar electric system with batteries.

You cannot wire the generator input directly to the inverters. You don't want the generator to run in a power failure, unless the main system batteries get to a critical point.

Or do you mean when the generator starting battery is getting low (that 12 volt number is confusing me)

If the first, is the generator to run in order to charge the batteries,
