Frank and Jim,
We have had very mixed results with Holly.  On the one hand, we have a mailbox lighting setup (36 bright whites, 20W PV, dusk to dawn, 12Ahr gel cells) in town that has worked flawlwssly for over a year.  It used their products almost exclusively.  Their copper LED sculptures are gorgeous and very functional art.  But 10-15% of their stuff we need to send back for repair, or it comes missing some part, or the order gets messed up, or the repair gets forgotten, or yadda yadda.  I find that we get regular lead requests for stand-alone lighting projects, and LEDs are the one key that makes those applications possible, 'cuz everything is kind of minitiarized and affordable.  But I don't turn most of those leads into jobs because my lack of enthusiasm shows through--the niggling problems just aren't worth it if there's other work to do...I'd like to find another company that is as brilliantly creative as Holly, but has their dealer support and attention to detail more together.
Tip on white LEDs: when the customer asks, tell him or her that they're the color of moonlight.  Folks get it.
