My experience with SW inverters not synced with a cable is that they would
drift to 180 degrees out of sync over a period of about 20 minutes. I could
measure phase to phase and see it go from ~240VAC to 0VAC in that time
frame. In another 20 minutes or so the volts would creep back up to 240
again.
