Those batteries are a ReLion battery.  I was picking one up at the Iron
Edison warehouse in Denver once and actually saw them peel the ReLion
sticker off and put on their own sticker before loading it for me.

I have had a few of those die -- one it was just the BMS, and one actually
had a bad cell (actually a block of like 90 cells for the 300Ah version --
little cylindrical cells).  If it won't recover from having an external 48
volt charger applied to it, it's pretty easy to take the top of the battery
off and get inside and measure individual cell voltages and see if there's
a bad cell block in there.

There is someone who is helping with warranty support of those IE branded
ReLion batteries... I can find his info if it won't come back and you need
it.
