[RE-wrenches] Re-using/recycling old solar panels

Hi All,

I was wondering what people are doing when they have a bunch of old solar
panels that work, but are less than 200 watts/20 years old, and harder to
get rid of?

Specifically, in the SF Bay Area, are there any recyclers or organizations
that will take working panels for reuse or recycling?
