[RE-wrenches] Nuisance Tripping Hubble GFCI on EG4

I called EG4 tech support about this question. They said to use a 
commercial grade, 20 A GFCI receptacle.

My question is: "isn't a 15 and 20 A GFCI electronically the same? Isn't 
the only difference in the faceplate?"
