[RE-wrenches] Schneider SW4048 programming

Wrenches, I just installed 2 Fortress e Boost batteries and when trying to
set up charge parameters and cannot get to the advanced settings.  The
manual says to press the up and down keys simultaneously but nothing
happens.  Any ideas? Am I missing something?  I have no experience with
this inverter except installing one with default settings a long time ago.
