[RE-wrenches] Lifting the PowerFlo 16

Other options are a lifting dolly(relatively expensive) or harbor freight
has a cheap hydraulic cart that will get you up about 4'(maybe not high
enough for this particular application but great for getting equipment to
tailgate level. I like William's strut idea. Nice one!
