[RE-wrenches] Enphase 4th Gen Systems Issues?

Aloha All,

We are having issues with some of our 4th Gen Enphase Systems. These
systems consist of the 6C Controller, 10C battery, IQ Meter Collar and of
course the micros.

The issues all relate to communications and the Gateway. Devices are
connecting and disconnecting from the network. The gateway fails to fall
back to the cell connection, takes forever to reboot, works for a hot
minute then hangs. It seems like it will take firmware update then
hangs.... lots of gremlins.

I have wrestled for almost 2 months to get Enphase to send a replacement
gateway, which is happening this Saturday.

Crazy thing is they don't sell the new gateways yet so we have to rely on
them to come and swap it. At this point, it would have been cheaper to buy
a new one install it and be done with it.

Is anyone else having issues with the new Enphase Product line?
