[RE-wrenches] Sol-Ark 15K2P F20 MPPT Overcurrent Error

I have found that Outback equipment would often give incorrect but related
error codes. For example: A high AC draw would cause the battery voltage to
drop. A low DC voltage would be reported, not the primary cause of high AC
current. I think it has to do with how often the sampling happens.
