[RE-wrenches] Outback Charge controllers resetting to default settings

Thank you Richard.  That was my thought originally based on the behavior I
was seeing, but I hadn't taken one apart to try to find the coin battery.
And Outback tech support told me there was no such thing....

And regarding Ray's comment about the Mate3 -- as far as I know, yes,
that's the only way to program the FM100. I do find it kind of ironic that
people (myself included) hated buying an extra programming controller for
inverters and charge controllers when Outback/schneider/magnum all went
that way about 15 years ago.  But then when Midnite Power introduces an
inverter you program completely with a phone app instead of requiring you
to buy a separate programmer, there is so much complaining that they are
now introducing a separate programming controller for it.
