[RE-wrenches] EG4 GridBOSS Generator Exercise

As much as I want the GridBOSS to implement a weekly generator exercise, a
third-party option might actually be better because I don't think weekly is
really necessary. Every other week is probably just fine and saves fuel,
especially for people with limited fuel capacity and difficult (expensive)
fuel delivery.

If EG4 and Midnite are listening, maybe work on flexibility for weekly,
bi-weekly, monthly, or even more flexible variations.
