[RE-wrenches] Ballasted ground mount

We're finishing such a system for similar reasons.

We used Sollega - contact Elie Rothschild <elie at sollega.com>.  They can
provide stamped drawings.  Each basket requires a 4x8x16 block (32 lbs).

Their baskets are also available from IronRidge, which has online design
software, but that doesn't provide stamps.  Pictures from today.
