[RE-wrenches] Shout out to Canadian Solar

Hello my fellow wrenchers

 

  Wanted to do a shout out to Canadian solar. Have a customer who has a 14
year old ground mount with Canadian solar panels. The system started showing
Arc faults and shutting off. Ther panels white backing had started to crack
on all 20 panels and some panels started to develop small burn marks on the
back side. Canadian solar stepped up and honored the warranty and shipped
replacement panels to my customer last week. I would encourage all of you
that have older systems with Canadian solar panels to please check the back
side and make sure the white backing is not cracking. If so please reach out
to them before their warranty expires. Again, Kudos to Canadian Solar, in
todays market it is so very refreshing to have a manufacturer step up and
make customer whole.
