Hi Laura,
That turbine was always questionable at best.
The best summary I've heard is that Skystream owners that had no data
collection loved their turbine
and those that did monitor it hated it.
I sincerely doubt that it would ever pay back the cost of repairing it.
Especially if that's the 10 meter
tower the company loved to sell for it. No where near high enough to
harvest good quality wind.

Although no trees were killed in the sending of this message,
