Even if some amalgamation of hardware could play along, personally I
wouldn’t do it.  It’s out of the ballpark with all major brands. Your
highest voltage will be 120v, thus your amps would be high. Sounds like a
warranty nightmare. I think that restaurant needs to upgrade their electric
