[RE-wrenches] AGM Self Discharge

Typically, AGMs self-discharge around 2-3% per month at 25 °C.   Higher
temps accelerate this, lower temps slow it down.

Flooded Lead Acid is 8-12%, depending on plate sizes and the health of
cells.
