[RE-wrenches] Non UL 360 kW Battery Charger

Hello Wrenches,

A client has a 360 kW charger for lithium batteries that power many 
types large trucks including cement mixers and garbage trucks.

The charger is not UL listed. He bought it from a company in China where 
he has purchased other chargers in the past. He would like to test it 
for a couple of years to see how it functions, and if it is suitable he 
will go for the listing.

How can he legally hook it up for testing without a listing?
