[RE-wrenches] RE-POSTING SolarEdge "StorEdge' not PV charging the LG Resu 9.8 battery across the fleet

I'm re-posting as my original submission does not seem to be on the site...was wondering why all were so quiet.

ORIGINAL POST:

On Feb 9, I noticed my personal Storedge / LG Resu 9.8 system didn't re-charge the battery on a sunny day and assumed a battery issue. We quickly assessed it was more than my system but nearly all of our Storedge LG 9.8 systems. My personal system performs just fine when in simulated backup and it charges and recharges just fine but as soon as it went to grid connection, the solar PV re-charging ceased.

SolarEdge kinda/sorta but without outright acknowledging anything said "swap the energy profile and then return it to the original setting" so we figured maybe here was a corrupted firmware. Seemed to fix for many but some went a day or two and then same issue arose.

Anybody else have Storedge / LG 9.8 issues. We're not seeing in the EnergyHub / LG Prime battery combos.

UPDATE: Problem persists and SolarEdge (tier 1) has said "you'll need to go to each site" but we know that all systems didn't magically have a wiring problem that day.
