[RE-wrenches] NABCEP PVIP CEU Courses

I have rarely paid for any CE training for any of the three times I've
recertified my NABCEP.  That gets harder and harder to do every year but so
far so good.  Enphase has kept their training up-to-date and they have a
six hour course related to their battery equipment you should look into.
