[RE-wrenches] Schneider MPPT Nominal Voltage Won't Stick

It's much easier to use Insight, but I didn't have the password initially,
and resetting the InsightHome device always seems to give me issues with
creating a new password. I eventually got into it.
I can't even get the SCP to change the generator AGS mode from manual on to
automatic. That is problematic because the homeowner can't change the
setting with the SCP.
