[RE-wrenches] New Outback lithium battery

jay.peltz at gmail.com spotted an Outback branded battery with unusually named
lithium chemistry.

Jay linked us to a press release. The bottom of the release indicates the
nominal voltage will be 103.5 v
(28 cells in series at 3.7 volts per cell). Some non-standard electronics
may be in the offing, but it's still
a good catch, Jay.
