[RE-wrenches] Disable refloat

You could manually set it to RE-Bulk... But you are looking for something
automatic...
To do that, you'd need to use refloat and set the float voltage as high as
it goes. It won't be the full bulk voltage, but it might get you there.
Another way is to use the genalert function... But it can take time to get
it right.
Genalert On V 24V
Genalert delay 5-10 min
Genalert Off V Target Absorb Voltage
Genalert Off Delay Should be Absorb Timer...
It'll connect to the input VAC, charge the battery bank, and then, after
the gen alert-off delay is met, it'll disconnect and go back to using the
battery.
