[RE-wrenches] Disable refloat

Hi Jay,

The system feeds the grid through an SMA H-FUS inverter. The Outbacks 
are off grid inverters, but are AC coupled to the batteries to provide 
power when the grid is down.

The inverters monitor the batteries and go into REFLOAT when the 
batteries hit 25 volts. I would like the inverters to go strait into the 
ABSORB cycle instead of going to REFLOAT.

The grid tie came after the the Outbacks were already in as a backup 
system.
