I’d zero in on the firmware first. Bad wiring can cause issues, but if it’s actually letting the smoke out of electronics, pretty high chance it’s the bad firmware that Schneider knows all about but refused to address.
If it’s got 2.04 firmware get rid of it. Downgrade to 1.11. It’s the only stable software for that system IMO.

My only other comment is I am seeing best client satisfaction by un-installing anything Scheider made post 2019 and replacing it with a better brand that just works reliably and consistently.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] Off-grid Firmware XW Pro
Hello Wrenches,
I am visiting a site with an XW Pro and it sounds like it's burning up appliances. This system was installed by neighbors so it may be a wiring problem but I also wonder if it may have the bad firmware that was doing this (generator interaction was the problem I think).
Can anyone remind me of the proper firmware that we should run for an off-grid system with the XW Pro? How to get it? And any other nuances that I should be aware of?
Thanks in advance!
