[RE-wrenches] 2KW PCS import/export limit on a 25KW transformer; Oncor in Texas

If Oncor is anything like my utility here in NYS, they have a 25kwAC export
limit. The utility here will count anything that can potentially export
some amount of power towards that limit. For example 4 kw of solar on an
8kw inverter counts as 8kw towards the limit. Maybe you can tell them that
the batteries will not export anything? And at least in NY if other
customers are on the same transformer, they are not allowed to charge for a
transformer upgrade.
Good luck!
