[RE-wrenches] New Lithium Batteries on Sunny Island System

Hi Jim,

The big issue is that the Sunny Island will have no idea what the state of
charge is.  The voltage curve is flat and the battery algorithm will have
large errors most of the time.  Otherwise, it will be OK but starting a
generator is best done by some other device that can trigger on voltage
(Midnite).
