[RE-wrenches] 0% on FNDC readings yesterday and today

Hey Nick,
I took answering this same situation on the majority of our sites.
Systems seem to be running normally otherwise.
I suppose it's good it seems like they are working on something rather than
full abandonment!  Hopefully they will iron out the wrinkles.
