[RE-wrenches] Remotely triggered circuit breakers

There are shunt trip breakers available but needs to be reset to reconnect,
why not use dry contactors, they are not special to a particular panel, we
use them on water pumps, well controls, heaters, pools, hot tubs, anything,
any 120 or 240 circuit can work.
