I imagine you might be aware of the new small system "plug-in" PV law in
Idaho.

I don't know the OEMs for simple systems like this, but it might be worth a
look.

FYI The Idaho plug-in law, which features little to any paperwork or
approval from the utility, is being introduced in
the Vermont legislature this coming session.
