[RE-wrenches] N-G bond for supply side connection Midnite Power

The supply side switch needs the Neutral-GEC bond. There should also be
one in the Main Service Panel. Although just looking at 250.142 (A) it
says "shall be permitted". So, that is a little confusing to me. I
always have had that bond for this type of connection. Chris
