[RE-wrenches] Kilovault HAB BMS

Anybody have experience changing out the BMS on one of these?  I think this is a V3 that I’m working on…

The problem is the Green LEDs on the front were flashing(should be solid), and no values were being shown on the screen(but the screen does light up).  Solampio sent me a new BMS but it looks like a bear to swap it out.  
Any feedback much appreciated.
