[RE-wrenches] PV module supply

Yea, it is getting pretty wild out there - part of the issue is that Qcells
has some of their cells stuck at customs:

And, then everyone is rushing to get the 30% ITC!

We're in the process of evaluating several new modules, including some
bifacial products.
