[RE-wrenches] Flammable Vapor Ignition Resistant

That's a first for me. The Enphase battery is sealed, but I don't know if
that qualifies as sealed against vapor.

I'd reach out to Enphase to get some guidance on that. It's always
something with these AHJs.
