[RE-wrenches] Monitoring generator on Envy app/web app

Thank you for all of your help with the Envy.



The display never populated after additional generator run.  One tech told
me he can see the generator history but he has a different interface.



I like a lot of things about the Envy and there a few things I do not
like.  Optics RE was/is a great interface so it set high standards.  Any
change will be hard.



Is there a function to send alerts via email or text if something is not
right with the Envy?

Thank you.  I did find that column although on my browser it is spelled AC
Couple/Gnerator.  It shows zero all day long for days I know the generator
ran.

I’m still learning this product. Neither the mobile or the web monitoring
app will tell me when in the past the generator ran. This data is important
to manage any off-grid system for maximum efficiency.



I can see via the animated arrows when the gen is running but there is no
data column for graphing or displaying generator history



I called tech support and the person I spoke to can see generator history
on his web-app but I can’t see it on my browser and I don’t have the column
choice he has for generator graphing.
