Note that the ampacity of Cobra X flex for NEC applications would not be
150 amps or the 118 amps Cobra lists in the specifications. For NEC
purposes it is a MTW or THW type. THW type would be rated for 65 amps at a
75 degree C termination temperature.

There are different sets of rules that wire ampacity has to play by. NEC is
very conservative. When the same wire is used as appliance wiring material
(AWM) is where you can sometimes get those really high ampacities.  But for
hooking up batteries and inverters and building wiring and the like ... you
only get 65 amps (more or less).

This is a pretty common sales tactic that you will see on a lot of wires.
Ampacities advertised under AWM conditions and not NEC conditions.
