[RE-wrenches] Enphase Mystery

Hi William,

I'm not sure about your issue, but 99.9% of the time when the level 1
customer service rep says you have a noise issue, just roll your eyes, hang
up, and call back. They love this excuse. They seriously need to train reps
that this is not a catch-all conclusion. I'm happy you finally got it
resolved, but the noise rabbit hole is an annoyingly pervasive pathway for
Enphase customer service reps.

Once I have a resolution, what I usually do is ask them to provide a
detailed technical email that explains the problem and resolution. Tell
them your customer wants an explanation of why the issue occurred. That can
sometimes provide some insight into what happened. Also, don't forget to
check the "System Dashboard" in Enlighten Manager. The logs can sometimes
provide at least some useful information.
