Pin adapters. Crimp on your fine strand and gives you a nice solid. Here is
an example:

Otherwise you need to get proper ferrule crimpers to do the big size
ferrules. Something like this:

(interestingly, the above company does have cheap pin adapters as well.
Perfect for going with cheap inverters?)
