[RE-wrenches] Adding battery to grid tie

I used the term "critical loads subpanel" for many years until the NEC
specified that special meaning for medical equipment and such. I got caught
out by an AHJ official just as you did, Dan. I switched to "essential loads
subpanel" though "backed up loads subpanel" is probably more specific.
