What I used to specify for exterior disconnect for a battery bank was the
MidNite MNLBC-W250. I believe you can connect larger battery cables to
input and output bypassing the smaller busbar input.

If rapid shutdown is also required you can substitute the breaker with a
remote trip version for the main 250A breaker. It needs a 24VDC signal to
trip and is manually reset so it's not ideal, but costs far less than a
true DC rated disconnect.
However, it seems to me, agreeing with others here, that it should not be
required in this case, that the breaker in the inverter should suffice.
