[RE-wrenches] Midnite Solar / Midnite Power

This change allows each company to focus on the core values of the
technology they offer. MNP will specialize in Asian-made products, while
MNS will continue to focus on U.S.-made products—including newly designed
and manufactured inverters, and charge controllers, developed in the United
States.
