[RE-wrenches] Midnite Solar / Midnite Power

All the Asian made products will now fall under the Midnite Power brand.
MNP will have FP16 batteries in stock very soon as they are on the water
and on the way.  Still have MNS branded inverters, with more inverters on
the way.  Midnite Solar will focus on the American made products, with a
new inverter available by the end of the year if everything stays on track.
