[RE-wrenches] battery vent control for lead acid

Hi Glenn,

I just looked through the manual for the Morningstar relay controller, and
it looks like this should work. It can even power up to a 750mA load
without needing a relay, which is more than enough to power one of those
Zephyr Powervent fans. Thanks for the tip!
