[RE-wrenches] SMA SI Temp sensor + password

Anyone know where I can find a new temp sensor for an SMA Sunny Island? None of my vendors seem to have one. Also does anyone recall the default password? I want to say it was 1111 or 0000.. yay solar trailers.
