[RE-wrenches] Strange conflict between FM100 and VFX3648 Charging.

It was 30 ADC.  And it happened after adding the second inverter to
increase charge rate. I just checked last info on Optics
and found that the 2nd inverter is newer firmware (61 and 68) . I had made
sure all other settings were identical on both inverters but didn't look at
firmware.
Now I realize the 2nd inverter may be fighting with the first one if they
have different firmware.  Guess I better start there and update the older
inverter if possible.
 Actual charge rate was also half of what it should be based on AC charge
current settings.
