[RE-wrenches] Cell damage leading to ground fault?

Inspectors in my area require the conduit terminations be packed with duct
seal for this reason to avoid condensation build up in j boxes.

Every intermittent insulation/isolation test failure I’ve ever meggered and
resolved has been the result of moisture, either condensation or heavy rain
permeating a termination enclosure, or a defective panel admitting moisture.
