[RE-wrenches] Further Followup Radian 8048 incorrect high voltage reading

The issue was the Radian 8048 disconnected from the grid on an incorrect
high voltage reading. Remaking the connection to the ribbon cables
seemed to solve the problem...temporarily.

After about a week, the problem came back. This time I treated the all
the contacts with the antioxidant that comes in the small tubes. All
seemed well for a while, then the problem returned, and is no longer
intermittent.

Wiggling the cable connections made no difference.

I took a close up photo of the control module as suggested, and can see
no broken solder joints.

I tried turning off the power modules, one at a time, but no difference.
I have checked all the settings, then did a factory reset on the unit. I
had an extra ribbon cable, so was able to swap cables around. The
problem did not change.

Does this seem like a defective control module with no solution other
than replacing it?

Thanks,

Drake
