[RE-wrenches] Battery Lifting Dolly?

The Tesla Powerwall dolly works well, but it only goes up about 36 inches,
despite the Tesla maximum height of 45 inches, which I find very strange.
Other than that, rigging up a gantry with a chain hoist is our go-to method
for 14-16kW wall mount batteries like EG4 and Midnite.
