You can definitely talk to EG4 directly. I have.
But I will say that Signature solar has good tech support for the simple stuff, they are quick to answer the phone. They do have the retail and commercial sections, and while I try and get through to the commercial sometimes I get the retail and its still be ok.
And yes like with any tech support I have gotten contradictory info that I was able to straighten out.
My understanding is that EG4 and SS are both owned by the same group of people.
As to the midnite, would this be like Zonna or similar who’s providing tech support?
